I've just fitted HID Xenon bulbs to my Fabia and need to adjust the alignment of the lights as one side is slightly low.  I see there are two allen key screws on each side of the headlight unit - are these for adjusting the headlights?

Yep, that's the ones. Your local MOT station should do them for a small donation to their tea fund

Or find a wall/garage door with level ground in front and draw a horizontal chalk line on it at headlamp height. Stand car a metre or so back and adjust so both sides at correct height.

May require changing after trying at night but this trick may appeal to Briskodans who love doing it themselves.
