Ah I've just replaced my original ones last year due to them being misted. I can't justify another badge purchase!

.

Black grills on both the octy and Furby were done with a can of Plastidip. Just disassemble chrome portion remove old badge. Then clean( no need to key surface) and three light coats of Plastidip leaving 20 mins drying time in between. Et voila ! Job done simples.

They look awesome! But can you please tell me if there are any holes in the boot lid when you removed the badges? I De-badge the boot in all my cars and was wondering if I can do the Logo as well-it looks grubby. Thanks.

Yes there are two holes behind the Round badge on the bootlid. The badge has two prongs that locate in the holes.

Sugar honey ice tea! Thanks buddy

The ones you need for a mk1 fabia and also mk1 octavia front and rear are all the same part number. Obtain from your Skoda dealer at about £15 per badge. They are direct fit.

£48 I paid, I know there not the cheapest, but they are original Skoda parts and are easy to fit and look good!!!

Or you could get them from the links I posted before! £48 was for the front and back badges and also the wheel badges

Sorry folks but i prefer the old style ones.!

+another 1.

I think the new skoda badge looks dangerously similar to a vaxhall badge at a distance. This is a very bad thing - everyone knows vaxhalls are ****e.

The car looks ace though, and I totally understand wanting to replace a battered badge :)

Its maybe because its so different from the old one. It might take me a while to like them. But, vauxhalls are indeed very c**p!!

I agree with that statement that vauxhalls are s##t i traded mine in for a skoda best decision I've ever made.

But that's the old badge they have got a new one now. But you are right tho they do look like each other.
