i dont have a car with that, but a friend with a Octavia with that system, told me that in skoda, a mechanic told him that if you have less then a 1/4 of fuel in tank, it's not possible to do the regeneration? Someone has information if it's true?

Quite possibly because a very limited quantity of fuel in the tank, won't take you far enough to complete a full regeneration?  But I would have thought 1/4 tank was plenty?
