Beware of removing dpf.....new mot rules!

Someone has made the point that the DPF is hidden above the undertray so they can't see it anyway, and they are not allowed to take the undertray off as it counts as dismantling?

 

 

You if they can't see it they can't test it.

 

My vx220 had a total aluminium under tray meaning not very much got inspected/tested at mot time.
