No mine doesn't.

It can be set to beep and/or flash the indicators when locked or unlocked or both, using Vag-Com or dealer diagnostics. 5 minute job.

Yep, check out the VAG-COM guide You can have beep on lock, beep on unlock or both I think

If you find your friendly local VAG-COM'er probably a pint No idea on dealer, but it's a 5 minute job so they may do it for free if you're lucky

Mine just flashes the lights, quite like this cause the guy over the road has one that beeps very loudly several times and he keeps waking up the street!

Mine beeps once to lock........Twice to unlock..........Indicatores flash too...Handy the beep, someone around your car, you and make them jump when you make the car beep...Unlock the car don't open a door, re-locks it's self.........Clever!!

'I want a beep...' 'I want mine to beep'... 'I don't like the beep'....'beep beep'....

Ever since having the security 'upgraded' on ny Furby, the alarm's made a sort of electronic 'click' when it's armed. I always thought this was because the fitter did some stuff with VAG-COM at the time, but by the sounds of what's on here, setting the alarm to 'click' isn't an option...

I like my 'click' sound though - but prefer the sort of 'chirp' sound they always use in the movies!!!

It's more of a chirp than a beep IIRC. Kind of a chirp-chirp I think ... or am I getting that confused with my Clifford one? :confused:
