Now I had the car 24hrs...

took it for a spin this afternoon on motorway and bypasses ..WOW its quick...

p*** off a BMW driver who was behind me, acceleration between 3rd & 4th gear wow...!!

did 70 miles & got 47mpg, Now my blue shiny car has mud spray up both sides...

pointless cleaning it till weekend, it will be dirty again by tomorrow...

I tried out lane assist today....

that's strange..

It be good in fog , where you cant see where you are going.... If its works in fog :wonder:

Hello, what could be the reason why my kessy not working, it sometimes works and sometimes not, only the problem is the door handles, trunk and start button is working. I have change the key fob batteries and also the car battery also have changed last winter. But what its weird is that there is no fault codes at all... I also changed the driver door wiring because there was cracks. Sometimes in radio screen it show that 12v battery low, when there is still 12.3v when ignition is on, could it be

TL:DR - hi! superb 280: wet skiddy without quality back tyres? Hello everybody, New to the forum and owning a skoda. I've got a 2019 superb sportline 280 hatch. Are they known to get a bit unsettled at the back end in the wet? With the job I do I've driven both manual and dsg Haldex skodas (octavias and kodiaq), quite hard, and never experienced this. Granted the work cars are all diesel with Michelin crossclimates. I've had the car 2-3 months now and there's a bit of stuff in the boot. K

Lower tyre pressures to improve ride?

I'm very happy with my Mk.SEL except for the somewhat harsh ride. Previous VW's had a 'comfort' setting for tyre pressures so would it be sensible to reduce the presures on the 16" tyres by about 4psi from the normal settings of 37psi/ 40psi ? I'd be very grateful for comments.
