Specialist Car Dealers that you stumble across

Featured Replies

I do quite a bit of travelling around and often stumble across specialist car dealers tucked away in totally random locations.

The other week I came off the A14 and noticed a small sign for a car dealer - having now remembered the name, I've found their website and boy do they have some nice stock!

Not usually a fan of BMWs but this one caught my eye - that is one hell of car for, in comparison, a relatively small amount of money.

Other cars in stock include Lamborghini Murcielago LP640, Hummer H1, Merc C63 Carbon DTM Pack, and a rather strange Evoque.

^^ Wait for the Yeti drivers to see this.

Are you frustrated? Are you annoyed?

Are people constantly mistaking you for a model citizen not the hard working, bitch slapping, gun toting drug dealer that you are ?

Change all that with this very car!

I'd have a wager that the previous owners surname ended in 'ski' or 'ev' and was linked with some form of mafioso. Upon opening the boot you'd probably find some unspent shells, shovels and chloroform  :D

As a side note and to go back on topic. There was an old boy round our way when I was a kid who did some trading on the side from a couple of barns, some of the kit he had in there was phenomenal. Poor old sods gone now, always wondered what happened to the cars.

they have some nice motors in there

No Skodas? What sort of dealer is this? Nope, won't be going there any time soon.

Our local Essex town of Maldon has this dealer with cars we can't afford http://www.jdclassics.co.uk/showrooms/Full-Stock-List.htm

Lovely place, they did the engine on my 1934 Morris.

The selection of rare and expensive care means there is some serious capital on show there.

A mate of mine put me on to this dealer. Where they get their cars from, I do not know. But as you can see, they're immaculate.

A bet a few of them have either footballers names in the log book or Arabic diplomatic plates in the boot.

Some really nice stuff and some hideously trashy but expensively modified stuff.

I like the 840i. Always had a soft spot for that 80s coupe.

I've been more than dribbling on that one,  price was £60K  but no idea what they are asking now.

Having driven both I know which one I would rather have (and it doesn't have a prancing horse on it)

Shame the gearbox is dim witted and terribly slow, otherwise I'd have to agree with you.

I can live with the dodgy box but I don't like the image of a Ferrari (mainly due to some of the talentless idiots who drive them, used to live in Chelsea)
