Cheers m8 ill have a look where did u run ure vac threw to the cab?

On the mk1 Octavia vrs there's a grommit that can be pushed through on the firewall, on the front passenger footwell

I sent mine through the same hole as the bonnet cable and attached it to the fuel pressure regulator

+1 same for me. If it's a mechanical gauge don't bother paying for a anti buzz kit I just pulled one of the cable ties (holding the the pipe to wiring loom ) tighter and kept road testing until the buzzing stopped readings never changed just got rid of the annoying buzzing.

I gotta be honest I made a hole in my bulkhead and then ran it thru the grommet.... I came if the reg and around the engine using copper brake pipe to stop popes getting hot...

I'm lucky to work got Ferrari tho and have since replaced the copper pipe with the silicon pipe from a 458 exhaust flap(rated at over 200 deg c) so it doesn't heat up at all

do you have a pick of it cant find a gromit anywere

There is one under scuttle panel drivers side near the fuse box. Or more easier to get to is remove glove compartment and behind that up near where carpet ends is a grommet

I shall upload a pic by afternoon sometime :-)
