currently my car have the plastic one and i want a a leather one from the junkyard and didnt now how to remove it without damage it ? i saw these pictures but i dont understand how they mean ( you dont going ti damage it )

I suspect you need to remove the centre console. There are some good instructions on here if you do a search.

Getting the old plastic one off is a bugger if it's the full coverage one. If it's just the short sleeve (as fitted with the jumbo box) then it's much easier.

Basically there is a little tab inside that needs lifting up and then the cover will slide off with some force applied.

The tab is roughly where your little finger would be when holding the handbrake and is underneath the lever.

I started a thread about it on here quite a while back when I changed to a short leather cover from a full plastic one as I retro-fitted the Jumbo box.
