Heading into my dealer tomorrow to place a deposit on a vRS TDI hatch but even at the 11th hour I can't decide on colour.

I've ruled out reds, yellow and green without even seeing them. I've seen a black hatch and ruled that out too.

I've seen a blue hatch and like it, and I've seen white and silver estates and liked them too. However I'd really like to see pictures of white and silver hatches. I can find one white hatch on eBay but it has the pictoris wheels and there is one pick on here but its a bad shot, can anyone help out?

I would've also considered meteor but I'll not order it without seeing it in the flesh on an Octavia and that ain't gonna happen before the end of the month cut off for 0%.

Hi mate don't do silver myself, think its a terrible colour on the Octavia..... bland as a bland thing in blandland.

Silver is least likely. White is likely to edge it simply because its free!

Go for what you like mate, don't be persuaded by anyone else ITS YOUR CAR.

Look for the thread "the bird of prey has landed" some good pics of the green, I wasn't a fan of green until I saw the pics, they may change your mind.

Personally I've ordered the vrs in white with the black package basically it was cheaper and more importantly I liked the look of it in white.

Any choice it the right one as long as you like it, I think the black, white or blue (with the back package) looks great, although green is a lot rarer....but that's just my opinion.

I've ordered my estate in white, I considered meteor but just couldn't decided, so went for white as it looks ace in white, especially with the black pack, nice contrast, also, with white theres no cost so you what you save on a colour you can treat yourself to some nice options.

 

Silver, looks nice with the black pack, but, it is silver, just doesn't turn my head!

 

I saws white vRS estate locally to me today, and I knew it was the right choice.

 

However, don't worry too much as you will get a confirmed build date for 6 weeks or so anyway so you will get plenty of time to change your mind, definitely worth getting your order in now to get the deals before they change, but you can still change the spec over the next few weeks.

Having pondered long and hard over colours, I picked up my white vrs with black pack today. I'm obviously biased but I think it looks great. It's a cracking motor, you're in for a treat whatever you decide.
