Removed from my 2011 VRS which came with the Bolero fitted.

 

Finished in the brushed-alloy finish.

 

Mint condition, no marks or problems to worry about. Ideal for upgrading to your headunit, or for wrapping / painting etc without touching your original fascia.

Sorry for the slow reply. I believe the only difference between the FL and pre-FL fascias is the climate control units, I don't think the upper section or the fittings are any different.

Others on the forum may know better than me though, as I've never looked into it.

Pretty sure that is right. When I updated my pre fl climate panel for an fl one, the new fascia I needed fitted over the Columbus in exactly the same way as the old. In fact Keith, didn't you buy my old one?!!

What I'm thinking is that the black climatronic section may only be an insert and can be trimmed out.

I've just had a look and I think you're right - with a thin blade and a brave pill, I think it would indeed unclip. I've tried to take a couple of photos to show it, but it does look like it's part-clipped and part-glued (or similar) into place. It clearly started off as two separate items.
