Hi all, I am a proud owner of a 55 plate Octavia Elegance. I was able to successfully use these forums to install a new stereo into the car - Alpine double din. I have also been able to get everything together to sort out the ignition switch issue! (Go me!)

My question relates to wiring into the fuse box - any advice in which number fuse input I should go into, and then what size fuse I should put in on top? Any advice would be extremely gratefully received. For info, I have a 'fuse tap', with wire to create a new circuit (I will take the 8amp wire from this to the stereo), there is then space to put a fuse in on top.
