went into skoda today to get a price on a alternator cable which came too 48.00  :think: but come away with a recall for coilpacks on my car lol 

£48 for a cable!! Truly shocking. I'm sure you could make your own for less than a fiver.

Think I've just removed the alternator cable off mine today whilst the engine was coming out,  Looked in good order. :D

Oh yes sorry I was thinking of a different cable! £48 still seems a bit steep.

I need a new cable and fuse box 48 quid for a cable is total extortion I think

The fuse box is still in my engine bay, but not sure what other cabling you need.  All the electrics are still attached to the now removed engine.

i need the black cable which goes from alternator to fusebox

Make your own, skoda charged me £4 for the fuse and new crimp end

That's not one our cable,  the only plug is from the alternator charging wires if i recall
