Has anybody fitted the above to their VRS? And if so where seems to be the best place without it looking like something out of vin diesels latest movie errr

I'd be interested also.

I made a pillar pod for my mk1 vrs all smoothed and painted. if nothing's available for this I'll do the same again.

Got one in my S2 fitted in the Centre vent but will have a closer look next week when i pick up the car lol

Nobody??? A lot of you have got mapped cars and no boost gauge would be first thing on my list higher bhp must come with a higher boost pressure an easy way of keeping track of things and what is the boost pressure on a standard set up on mk2 vrs petrol

To be honest a boost gauge isn't massively important unless you're going large turbo etc. I used to have a stack boost gauge on top of my dash to the left of the clock housing; I removed it in the end.

I have a scangauge which gives me real time AFR. I find this more important as I don't want to run lean and cause damage.

On full chat I get readings of 11.2:1 and cruising driving everyday I see between 13.7:1 to 14.6:1.

Standard boost is 8 psi. Mine on a stage 1 map ran 14 psi at peak.
