Hi guys

If any of you out there have Battlefield 4 and are thinking of buying any of the expansion packs, DONT DO IT!!! Yesturday i spent £40 and downloaded the premium pack and it has screwed the whole game up! My campaign has been wiped and I cant get a single game online!

I only bought the pack for the extra goodies and now have nothing!

I contacted micro soft, and after a very long and drawn out IM chat they put their hands up and admitted they have been having alot of trouble world wide with this and I should contact EA games for a refund.

I contacted EA games and they told me micro soft should be the ones to give me the refund!

So gave up for the night and gonna try again today.

I'm on Xbox one but beleive this is accros all platforms! Has anybody else had the same problem????

Do you mean the china rising expansions? I bought this on PC to add my current game and it worked a treat no problem at all.

No the premium pack but it does include china rising, i have no acces to any online features, although i did get on one map when i tested it this morning but still no premium features and my campaign is still wiped grrrr

Multiplayer gaming wiping your single player progress is a relatively common bug on all versions of BF4, whether you've bought the expansions or not.

The whole thing is a bug ridden crash fest.

I know that doesn't help you much. Try the wonder that is the bf forums on battlelog. If nothing else it may cheer you reading people calling ea from their hole to theirpole

I've found it ok recently on pc.

Servers on XB1 are rammed at the minute.

Actually guys it has started to pic up a little now, im getting into games now! I'v been reading um on the premium pack thing and I may have got my wires crossed! I was expecting all the extras to be there as soon as i bought it, it appears its a two year plan that give you all the updates as and when they are released so i just gotta bare with it.
