Are there any compete systems that fit a gtb turbo that are 2.5' and incorporate a downpipe and cat back?

Not that I know of, buy downpipe from darkside or get one made up to meet a catback mate

Didn't that joel guy recently get one made which was just a 2.5" pipe all the way from turbo to tail?

I have a 2.5" one that fits my Milltec. It was part of the upgrade package from Darkside.

 

Any good exhaust shop should be able to make one for you.
