I want to replace the seat base on my drivers seat as the foam has gone, but as I am stingy i cant think that £90 for a new seat base is the best option. My question is can i get a passenger seat and take it off and put it on the drivers seat frame of mine?? PLEASE SAY YES!

Yes you can swap the foam part of seat base over as it's the same. To be honest it's a false economy as once the steel bar is exposed it will rub through the seat cover, & that's way more expensive to replace.
