Lost Blue Tooth Connection

Featured Replies

Whilst driving I lost the Blue Tooth connection to my phone and was unable to make a call,Is there any way of reconnecting phone without switching off the ignition. I was on a motorway and it was not convenient to stop . As soon as I did stop and restarted the car the Blue tooth connection was re-connected . I did try switching the phone off and on but that did not help.

If you press the phone button on your steering wheel...

Yup, access the phone menu on the MFD by pressing the phone button on the steering wheel.  It should say "no paired phone found", and the highlight will be on the "Connect" option.  Click the scroll wheel and it should re-connect.

You don't have a Samsung phone do you, by any chance?

I occasionally lost connection with my nexus phone. I discovered that it only happened when my phone was in my bag and the bag was down in the passenger footwell, (where I often place it.)

Move the bag or phone and seems OK.
