Has anyone bought a car from gbcardeals.co.uk?

I'd be reassured if anyone has done business with them and been happy with the service and, of course, the car!

Is that a rat that I can smell, or maybe it's fish?

Could be Spam I suppose.....

On the chance that this is a genuine enquiry from someone with no connection to them, the discounts look to be too good to be true, and the domain name was only registered last summer. I'd be very wary.

No! It's genuine. I'm looking to buy a Superb Estate and these guys are quoting good prices.

Hi Keith

Obviously we have to be careful with new members potentially advertising websites/garages etc.

Certain words/phrases can set alarm bells ringing

New (ish) company, Trading front to spectrum vehicle contracts.

Not heard of them before, the old adage, if it sounds too good to be true it probably is.

If you're happy with their terms then go for it.

I wouldn't say the savings are huge after looking at their front page. You would have to ask them the total cost of a car you want to order before you know what the exact savings are. Then their is always the Car Dealer to approach and compare costs.

Broadspeed.com do the same sort of deals, so use them as a comparison and Broadspeed are genuine by the way, they've been around a long time.

Well I suppose it had to happen eventually ..... that is someone who are happy with the appalling service that Broadspeed offer (yes I used them, NO I would not recommend them to anyone!)

Carwow seem to be the best regarded broker at the mo.

was looking at getting a new Fiesta for the other half and spoke with Lee at GB cardeals, was very helpful and the prices were keen. Went for a 2nd hand one in the end but wouldve probably bought one thro them if we hadnt spotted the low mileage 2nd hand one.

Thanks folks for all your responses. I've gone with Carfile in the end who not only gave me a better price but I'm dealing directly with a named Skoda dealer rather than at arms length through GBcardeals which gives me greater peace of mind. Car delivered at the end of March(hopefully!).
