Waste of money IMO, unless you're living in the arctic circle..... I don't even think I've seen sub-see temperatures this winter yet.....

Also if the mkIII is anything like the mkII the air intake for the engine is behind the top grille.....

No plans, in Southern England, don't think it gets cold enough for long enough to justify the cost.

Don't forget the majority of car manufacturers will test a car in extreme heat and extreme cold without a grill cover. So you fitting one, may change how the car thinks its warming up. The radiator will also need a certain volume of air through it to cool it properly relative to the temperature so the fan may work harder. All dependant upon us having a proper winter.

Also the bottom grille in the bumper is massive so I suspect most of the air will come in through there cos if you look at the grille in the bonnet the mostly blocked off anyway.....
