As above what is the different??

Do you mean the MK 2 Fabia in general, all models. 2007-2010, then face lift 2010 on?

 

Or do you mean the vRS from June 2010 on

The Face LIft to the MK2 vRS was Interior only i think,  Steering Wheel . gear lever and i can not think what else.

The other change late 2012 was to the newer CTHE instead of CAVE engine.

Just in general like panels lights etc etc

are you asking what changed from 2010 on with all Fabias?

In general in 2010 i believe:

1. Different lights

2. changed from pq24 to the new pq25 chassis

3. Different radios

4. Monte became available

Thats just a few off the top of my head.

The vrs engine changed but im not sure what year that was

Also with the vRS did they also do the black pack as standard? i.e. no more silver headlights.

I dont know but those black headlights arent supposed to be very good, and the silver ones have projector low beam and a separate reflector high beam

Mine are brilliant. Thats the one reason i wouldnt touch a black pack, although they do look nice

So does the Fabia with the black pack use the same projector lens for low and high beam just like the pre-FL Fabia mk2?

 

If so that's a bit of a step backwards all in the name of looks.

The black pack uses one projector light with a solenoid powered shutter working the high beam. When you flick the high beam, the shutter lifts and woop.

Iv heard on here that alot of owners arent very impressed.

If you look on the black pack light, where the high beam bulb is on the silver one, theres actually just a fake bit of useless space.

I cant fault my silver ones though. Hids in them and theyre brill.

5th post show Mk2 Fabia as were 2007-2010.   ie Pre Face Lift which was 2010.
