Anyone got any reviews on these turbos? Been offered one for £50.... Either to hybrid, if possible? Or sell on, any input would be great

No experience of that one, but I had the GT1749v bolted to my PD100 for under a year and when mapped to suit gave 153bhp and 270lb/ft

GT1646v was originally fitted in my Octavia PD105 BXE it's small and crappy but does the job for for the 105bhp I wouldn't bother with it to be honest the usual Gt1749v PD130  turbo is definitely better so it would be a downgrade for you, I've fitted a hybrid in place of that 1646v and as you can see it runs 175bhp with stock PD105 injectors
