Poorboy's Natty's Paste Wax White

Featured Replies

Hi Guys,

I have a pot of Poorboy's Natty's Paste Wax White.  Lovely carnuaba based wax, very showy and blingy when applied, better for summer as doesn't give the longest durability.  Ideal for someone who washes regularly and likes to top up the protection monthly.  This stuff smells phenomenal and goes on like butter, buffing off is a breeze, really easy to work with even if you make a few mistakes as it buffs off trim and other such as easily as paintwork.  Also very easy to use in warmer conditions compared to many Carnauba waxes remaining easy to buff unless applied very heavily or in very strong sunlight.

Small thread from DW here http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=158986

Will get a picture up at lunchtime, the pot is I believe about 70% full (ish).

open to offers on swaps but am looking for sealant friendly products as am trialling synthetic LSP's on my car.

Sorry but I have a load of Autoglym products after Christmas pressies etc so not really looking for those

Thanks Sparkly

Can we keep the interest within the thread please.

Only going to PM if a deal is agreed to swap.

I've wanted to try the Poorboys white wax for a while! Was there anything in particular you wanted in return?

I've got a few Waxybox bottles of things I'm probably not going to use.

Let me know if you're interested and I can say what they actually are tomorrow.

Thanks for replying in the thread Tom

Yeah, interested in samples, it suits me to try a few different things

Let me know what samples you have locking about and I'll let you know.

That's alright dude.

I'll have a look at what I've got and post back in here tomorrow :)

I use the blue paste version of the same wax which suits darker vehicles.

I agree with the OP, very easy to use. Great lustre and shine for the money I think.

I've used other waxes that can be a cow to buff up by hand. (I don't have a polisher)

and this stuff is dead easy to use even in bright sunshine.

Good beading too after a couple of thorough coats.

I'd recommend it.

Edit. And it smells almost edible.... B)

Hi Tom,

How much Nanolex Trim is there?

Also do you have the little spray heads for the Citrus Bling and AnGel interior dressing?

Going to mull this over as these wouldn't be my first choice selection of samples.

Will think on it, if that's ok bud.

Hi,

The Nanolex is only a very small sample in the black packet, I haven't even opened the packet so I'm unsure how big the bottle actually is.

Yep I've got all the spray heads, I know they weren't pictured but I've got them in the garage.

Okay dude, if I find anymore I'll let you know.

Thanks Tom,

Only ask on the Nanolex as a full size bottle is 30ml I think :D

I was thinking to myself "how small can the sample be?"

Well the normal Waxybox sample bottles are 50ml so I'm guessing the sample in the black packet would be 10ml ish?

Yeah the Nanolex stuff is rather expensive! I've half used a 50ml bottle of Trim Rejuvenator on my Fabia, it's very good stuff!

I've had another look in the garage and found these two:

Car Chem - Clarity glass cleaner & polish - 90% full

Britemax - CleanMax Shampoo - 55% full

Let me know :)

Glad that arrived matey.  Hope you enjoy using it.

Mr grr666, how long does this stuff "hold up" for mate?

I have a recent application of G1 and EVOv2 on my black vRS at the moment and it seems to be lasting ok atm (will do a full write up at some point) and was just wondering what else to top it up with when needed....

Thanks,

Rob
