Featured Replies

Hi all this is my first post have been reading the forum for a while. A couple of weeks ago I ordered a Fabia Vrs :D:thumbup: for delivery on the 1 st September, black magic, 6 cd auto changer, cruise control and side air bags. Changing from a Mrk 3 Mondeo Zetec, X plate 2000, the bloody thing has even started to rust on the wheel arch  :thumbdwn: , good car to drive but the build quality is not as good as my Mrs golf GTI W plate. Anyway do you guys find the seats easy to keep clean, would recommend getting some seat covers ?? do skoda do offical Vrs seat covers.

Thanks

WELCOME.

i have never seen a furby vrs with seat covers-even seen one with a dog sat on it!!

Welcome to Briskoda. :)

I went the other way and got a Mondeo Ghia X ;) Build quality is leaps ahead of the Skoda IMHO :o

The seat argument is one which never seems to get resolved. Half the owners say it's fine and the other half say it's a bugger to keep clean. Seat covers are available and I've been in a couple of cars with them fitted. Have a search on here and you should turn up some brands and part numbers :D

Enjoy your new Fabia - it's gonna be a long 4 weeks

Chris

Welcome

Scotchguard or similar is a worthwhile investement.

I think the only surefire way is avoid getting them dirty in the first place. I stupidly ate a Mcdonalds the other night and i had a major mayonaisse spillage, didn't realise it was all over the seat until daylight the next day. I don't know how to get the damn stuff off the seat now
