iv retr fitted a columbus to a 2005 octavia.. and fitted bluetooth today.. but my phone cant see it

do i need a new gateway ?

If anyone has done this to a simlar year octavia your inout would be appreciated

also planning this too you will need to upgrade the Can-Bus too, we are in luck with 05's as they should be behind the glovebox though  

 

Can-Bus upgrade will stop battery drain i believe. 

well, i thought the latest FW fix stopped power drain but mine still doing it
