will 9 1/2" x 19" fit front and rear on FL VRS saloon? or will i have to go 8 1/2 at front

I've seen 9,5x19" in Octavia all around but it requires ET to be around 45 in order to get it fairly low.

So 8.5x19 ET45 in front and 9.5x19 ET45 rear would be a good fit? Is 225-35s necessary for rears, do 235-35s hit the fenders on a car with mild lowering?

It will be just fine with 225/35R19 in the front and 235/35R19 in the back. I had that setup with 8,5" ET38 in the front and 9,5" ET45 at the back and had no problems while the car was lowered with H&R coilovers..
