Monte Carlo Tech 1.2 TSi Black Edition......on Dunlops!

Featured Replies

Hi, just bought brand new Tech. Great value and really good drive.....just waiting for the veer to the left!!

Welcome, you will not have to wait long!!

Hi and welcome aboard.

Welcome and enjoy.

No need for it to veer to the left, that is just with a faulty set up cars from the factory that do that,

& a Technician at the PDI missing that, or just not bothering.

Nothing to do with Dunlop Sport Maxx tyres as fitted to ones that drive perfectly well with them fitted.

(When they go fitting Pirellis  instead of Dunlops or Continentals to solve pulling to the left,

the only difference there is it hides what actually is still there or the Dunlops/Continentals were mis matched with the wrong run out as fitted to the rims..)

Thanks George.

Thought that it was to do with faulty Dunlops, but what you state makes sense. So far so good!

There is a post tonight in the Long 'Pulling to the Left'  thread in the Fabia 2 section, from a Monte owner that has had Skoda fit Pirelli Zero Nero after a 8 month battle, and it has solved nothing.
