Hi guys I have had a FL vrs for 3 weeks when the lights are off the DRL Are on when lights switched to first position DRL's just dim then lights to 2nd position main lights come on. Is this correct as i would have thought there might be side lights etc

Totally fine, I too was concerned that the side lights in the top of the headlamp didn't work..... This site put my mind at rest as per normal, and to think im a MOT tester

That is correct, on the facelift vRS the sidelights in the main units are not used, the DRL's are dimmed to a similar light output as sidelights and the car uses those instead of the normal sidelights.
