Evening All,

 

As per topic title, has anyone fit these to a vRS before and has pics of them in the car?

 

I've had the standard vRS seats and now have leather S3 ones, whilst the S3 ones are more comfortable I can't lower them as much as the vRS ones and I like to sit low in the car...

 

So I'm swaying toward the grey/black cloth Recaro's found in the Golf GTi

 

Does anyone know if they come with the heated option also??

 

I have (but not yet fitted) a full set of black Octavia cloth door cards and the black carpet from a Golf and "think" the dark colour scheme would suit the vRS but would like to see pics if anyone has them before buying another interior!!

Im interested in seats that go low. I had a a3 1.8t before my octy and them seats went low lower than the octy seats and were alot more comfortable.

Same height or maybe a tad lower. I'm a short arse but still have them at lowest setting. I must look like a little old man that can hardly see over the steering wheel. Ohh hang on. I am a little old man !

I'm not currently a Freedom member so not saying as I'll get wrong!

 

I'm very very torn at the moment with the car as I've had it a good few years now

 

Part of me thinks of doing the seat thing and seeing if it floats my boat again, even if just for a little while

 

I've a whole heap of mods which are tucked away in the loft so if I do decide to sell up I'll pay for Freedom again and put them in "for sale"

How do you find the cupra seats, I have the mk4 recaros, but the holster is wearing and had a tear in it, looking to change them?

the cupra seats are good, not sure how old mine are but not really any noticeable wear on the bolsters. they are softer aqnd more supportive than the vrs ones, and the backs seem wider than the mk4 recaros

I like them but not as much as the GTi Recaro's, the other thing I missed was having the door cards matching the seats and the Octavia ones I have to go in are almost a direct colour match...

 

You're about 360 miles away as well..!

ha ha bit of a trek! i used to have some recaros for an a3, same as the golf ones but no recaro tag and a nicer cloth on them, cant seem to find another set of those anywhere
