As titled went to start the car today to take down the garage to have a play noticed my fans were running engine had only just been started ran it for a while still going same this evening stone cold turned on fans running any ideas people need to change temp sensor but have never noticed this before ?

Was the air conditioning on?

Don't think so ? Have been playing with the climate control usually have the economy mode on but noticed its hotter with it switched off lol

they will run on any setting except econ every other setting uses aircon which is why the fans are always on to cool down the condenser

Thank you never had a car with air con so did not realise this cheers for not taking the p..s

Press ECON and they should shut off.  Youll notice the engine revs drop slightly at idle also as the compressor is disengaged also
