I bought my vcds 12.10.3 cable ages ago off ebay,& have been trying like mad to get it to work & every time it keeps coming up with interface not found etc. At 1st I thought it was because the drivers wouldn’t install as they’re not digitally signed(microsoft grr),...............

We don't allow discussion on using counterfeit cables on the forum. If you have VCDS 12.10.3 with a cable purchased from ebay, the cable is 99.9% dodgy hence why you have to go the long winded way to get the hacked drivers to install. The official cable with the correct drivers has none of these problems.
