    I don't think it looks silly without an intercooler at all... it looks aggressive and a marked improvement over standard front.. be doing mine soon but with black grill...

     

    Mind you, having an intercooler visible does add the beast factor but then again I sort of like the sleeper affect to. Swings and roundabouts

    Looks sweet mate, I need to do mine soon!

    I think it gives the octavias a sort of evo'ish look...especially on black ones.

    IMO they should have been like that from factory. Looks much more aggressive.
