They look OK to me but, have you considered TPS as they may work out cheaper as there's not much discount on the non service parts at the moment and only 15% off batteries. There is a Briskoda voucher code but it only works when ECP don't have a promo on, which is almost never these days.

I have never used TPS and didnt think we can just turn up?

Battery wise you need the 027 for the SE Fabia

I purchased this one just before Xmas, as it gave a little more oomph than the OE one: http://www.eurocarparts.com/ecp/p/accessories-car-batteries/car-batteries/most-popular-car-battery/027-car-batteries/?444770276&0&cc5_997

Edit: +1 on going to TPS though for the other parts. Just give them a ring, mention your an 'over the counter' customer, and they'll look up on EKTA based on your reg to find component part numbers and stock levels

It depends on the branch as some will serve to non trade. Whenever they ask me which garage I just say 'it's a private job' and they've never refused me. I usually order over the phone with my VIN before collection.

Is that correct that it has lower amps than the others?

Only one near me is MK and im pretty sure they dont let people walk in

Like I said, some do, some don't. It's a bit hit n miss unfortunately. Like I said, I order over the phone before collection, then they have the parts in ready and waiting, so less likely to refuse a sale. Call and ask, they can only say no ;) And if they do, taser the ****ers :D

Yep definitely the correct one. See this post aswell: http://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/227335-replacing-the-battery-on-a-late-mark-1-fabia-vrs/

MK do let you purchase over the counter, that's where I went and purchased my LCR Splitter :)

If not though, Ali can always get you the parts in when you take it back to him? Takes an hour or so from him ordering to it arriving at his workshop

My local one let me in, I even got to go into the office and was given Coffee and Chocolates.

They are supposed to do Trade only and the dealers are meant to do retail only.

So just to double double double double check i need these parts from euros?

401442430

202745015

444770276

I get a fairly big discount through work on all parts from euros so them three work out at £306 and that includes a £108 surcharge!!

Tried carparts4less? Is Euros sister company, basically cheaper than euro and often have spend x get y off deals on top. All part No. Same as Euros too. Only thing is delivery only.

They are cheaper but dont accept my works discount and sending the alternator back will be a pain in the ass, going to order the parts above tomorrow (if they are the right ones )

Less of the 'manky' if you please.  I'll have you know that it's a very desirable motor vehicle, having had it broken into twice :)
