When was the car registered in 2008, prior to July?

PD means Pump Duse and CR means Common Rail. Pre facelift cars upto 2008 used the PD fuel method whereas CR came in commonly 58 reg onwards. I think there are few CR engines on 2008 registered cars so the best way to check is on your V5 document.

cr smoother power delivery. pd punchier low down. no difference in performance just how it feels.
