No air from heater/vents

Featured Replies

Not so much an "other model" question but more an "other make", although I'm guessing this can happen on any car.

Got a xsara a few weeks ago, runs fine, doesn't have a drink problem or fart too much. me happy. however, this morning was a bit nippy when i left for work and put heater fan thing on for a bit wo warm the place up but NOTHIN through the vents. Fan was on full and I can hear it blowing but there's very little coming thru the dash/foot/windscreen vents. i could blow stronger myself. wondering if its blocked?

anyone got any ideas what i could take to bits to find out?

Have you checked the cabin air/pollen filter?, I have no idea where it is on a Xsara but it might be a good place to start, look under the glove box for a removable panel for starters.

Like I say, I don't know for sure where the filter is but i am sure someone can help you here>>>>>>> http://www.xsarasportsclub.com/

Good luck!

Brilliant mate - I'll have a look for that.

And thanks for the link - trawled various search engines and couldn't find anything but this should be useful!!

No problem, glad to help :)
