Edit: 8 Confirmed and paid so far. Maybe if those 8 put an extra £5 each in we can persuade them to go ahead with this?

I spoke to him to make payment this afternoon and he said he will extend it until tomorrow. But won't run it until 10 payments have been made.

I didn't mention to him about the £5 extra each because I didn't know if others who have paid would also do this.

Well if its £70 per car normally and where 2 down then thats £140 so divide that by 8 and its an extra £17.50 each. Id rather wait till we could get the 10 and pay just £35 instead of £52

Yea me too. But if we (8) paid £5 extra that would cover another £40 and only leave £30 short. Which means they might put it on anyway.

Just a quick one! 
We have 8 spots paid in full for the rolling road day. 
I need another two payments before 4pm tomorrow afternoon or I'll be forced to cancel the day. 

Come on guys, there must be at least two of you who have friends willing to come along with a car to stick on the rolling road on the day?

I have spoken to al at awesome .and the rolling road HAS been cancelled.only 8 people paid by the deadline on saturday...gutted is the only word that comes to mind .

Not 100% just yet. But I'm pretty certain it will be. I will confirm in the next 30 minutes. 

Good news everyone!

I've been speaking with the bosses on this and we have come up with a plan! 

Basically - the 8 People who have paid - I need you all here ready to go at 9am on Saturday 26th. 

We will run the 8 Briskoda Members cars first, then the rest of the day will be advertised as a first come first served open to the public rolling road day! 

How does that sound?
