VAG car transporter delivery driver. Newbie.

Featured Replies

Hi all, I'm a ex fabia VRS owner and now I've converted my brother and he has just bought a octavia vrs diesel. You can say the bug hasn't left me!

That said, I have a BMW 320d tourer and I bought the wife a 116d. I get my kicks from my Suzuki gsr750 when the weather is nice!

A little about me. I'm a transporter driver, delivering Skoda, Audi, and VW to dealerships in Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. So I get to see all ranges of cars and what's good and not.

I have to drive them in tight spots and use the car to my advantage. As a result, we get to know the cars pretty well.

I'm here as a general car fan and, if I can. Help out with any info. And maybe, one day post pics and talk about a future vrs. Especially after today I heard they're putting 4x4 on the vrs?!?

Anyway, thanks in advance.

Speak soon.

Ben.

Welcome to Briskoda, Ben. :)

4x4 vrs?? Is that octavia or fabia? Surely has to be the octy?

Yeah from what I hear it's the octavia, but please, don't quote me, I'll ask a little more! And tell you when I find more info out. They're dropping the fabia later this year. Got a feeling they'll do a vrs space back! They are nice cars! So if a vrs is done. It'll be a good seller!!

Certainly will. I will personally stamp my name straight on that list!

I delivered 5 just before the launch, and without looking at the car properly at 5:30am, I thought it was a A3!

I've got a husky, and I need the space for him! But I think the space back would fit him in nicely and I'll have a car back I can enjoy ????

Well i know 2 show cages fit in the back of a spaceback so i would assume a husky will have no problems.

Hi and welcome aboard.

Yeah it's defiantly food for thought.

Thank you for the warm welcome.
