Bolero continues to play music from MDI usb flash drive after turning off

Hello friends!

I have an issue with my Bolero & MDI usb-flash 8Gb.

When I switch to the radio or turn off the Bolero (or turn off the engine) during playback from MDI usb-flash then music still continues playing from usb-flash (you can see in glovebox that led light of flash drive blinks). Then after few minutes I switch back to my flash and I noticed that music starts play from forward place of track (or next track).

The question is that why Bolero continues read/play music from MDI-flash when I'm listening Radio or when car parked...?!

Any ideas?
