Is there anyway to bust my radio signal to receive a better listening experience for 1089 mw Talksport?

Any MW channel is the same. I thought it would be fine on a new car but I think you can get supressors to improve the signal

thanks Martyn.... what is a suppressor and how would one fit them?

I listen to TalkSport on my Bolero. I notice I get better reception on 1053 when around North Wales, might be worth a go.

Talksport is of course available on DAB if you decide that an upgrade is an option.

I sometimes listen to 5 live for F1 coverage but with the Fabia I've found as my revs rise it picks it up as interference,

Either frequency, you still need a working aerial plugged into the appropriate port of the radio.
