I bought a MAF for the Mrs' Seat as she said it was starting to get sluggish. Assumed MAF as mileage was getting towards 100k. Turned out it wasn't needed (actually she had a mat stuck under the accelerator - doh!). I've seen a few grumbles with ECP changing restocking fees of 25% online?!

 

MAF is still in sealed box. Is this likely to be something I'm going to have a battle with?

 

Anyone returned standard off shelf items to ECP?

IIRC, there is no problem if you return within 30 days unless it is special order.

Did you buy it online?

 

If so, distance selling regs apply and you can return it providing it's unused and in the original packaging.

Went down there ready to give them hell but everything fine and full refund given. Nothing to worry about after all!
