The black things on the front and rear bumper.... Am I right in thinking they just pull off?

I THINK they are push clipped on, thats from looking at new, unpainted bumpers, which dont have them fitted.

also fairly sure i remember from someone saying it when they colour matched their strips.

the door ones are just adhesive taped on.

 

run hot water over them first to warm they up, and make them a bit more pliable
