Just been to sign the finance paperwork and they had just finished fitting the dog guard then off for spit & polish for a Saturday handover.

I'm pleasantly surprised the privacy glass is darker than expected & yes DM Keiths Huddersfield.

 

 

The only problem being i agreed the price of £125 for the dog guard fitting but an arrogant service manager tried to charge me £150 even after proof of the agreed price! 

Don't like the rear end of these from the side at all. Those rear pillars and the rear door line are all wrong. Is the hatch as bad?

It's still got its transport wrapping on so the pillars will be black

The pillars are fine, perhaps the door line could follow the contour of the rear wheel arch slightly that might improve the look at a bit.

 

It looks like almost every other estate at the back (Audi, BMW, Merc etc) so not a bad look at all.

 

There's plenty of estate cars that look much more ackward at the back (Ford Focus, VW Golf, Skoda Fabia, Honda Accord).

I had major issues with DM Keith's and the management at the Huddersfield and Bradford sites albeit with my Fabia Vrs. Car needed work and they delayed replacing the Warranty Part for 6 months until I rang them daily, surprisingly it was easier for them to do the work, which they did eventually. This as well as poor customer service and trying to charge me more than quoted for services has pushed me away to Simpsons Skoda, Colne... Picked up my Octavia Vrs from them on the 01/03/14 and couldn't be happier with them so far.
