As above really. My old vag com cable and software isnt talking fully to my new 2007 Octavia TDi VRS. It only sees the engine module nothing else.

So if i get a bluetooth canbus one for androis or whatever A) will it work and can i reset airbag lights?

I strongly suspect any cheap Bluetooth adapter will also only speak to the engine ecu on the newer models... I know that's certainly the case with my Bluetooth elm327 and my 2004 octy 2.

A micro can cable will do the job.
