Top Stuff on Glass!

Just my 2p worth - had a rock kicked up off a lorry create a 7 inch crack in my windscreen last week. Was very happy with the service from AF under my policy. Put straight on to Autoglass with zero waiting and an appointment within a few days booked then and there, excess paid over the phone.

Chap just came today and did a very good job, very professional all round.

I know Autoglass are contracted and AF just handle the claim, but this is all in stark contrast to when I last had a windscreen via Direct Line when a chunk of concrete hit me and I was left with a fist sized hole (!) in the screen for three weeks while they expected me to pay up front for the cost and then reimburse me.
