How is the passenger side fog light surround removed ?

Using both hands, get two sets of finger/thumb, grab hold of a horizontal part and PULL.

Same for vRS?  Want to get these painted up as at the moment they are bare, grey plastic *shudder* and look a bit poverty spec.

Just pull.

Or you can get one of your local game birds to dash out in front of you at the last minute and then watch your fog lamp surround bounce down the road behind you through the rear view mirror.

Simple push fit to replace.

This is the easiest way so far out of all others i've heard IMHO  

I guess you could pull them like teeth - tie them to a door handle and reverse.

Looks like the new ones are only about £7 each. Bargain.
