Looking for some help people...

 

The NSR door has stopped responding to any attempt at unlocking it, and therefore cannot open the door from inside and outside. After some google searches I have taken the door card off, but not entirely sure what to do after this? I need to open the door and replace the locking mechanism from what I gather but there is no definitive guide as to how this is done.

 

Firstly, does anyone know a tried and tested method of getting the door open once door card is removed?

How much are the stealers going to charge me to repair this?

 

My MOT is due next Saturday and this is going to cause it to fail.

I would of checked the wiring between the door and the car first that runs threw the rubber tube thing. Prone to snapping.
