First of all bit of a general chat about the car.

If you are looking for Performance mixed with economy THIS IS THE ONE!!!!

45mpg when driving it with a bit of spirit and I've personally had 70mpg when commuting & being cautious (see pictures)

Reliable& affordable I downgraded from a 290bhp £7000 Focus ST-2 & Didn't look back !!

 

I have done some modifications. Nothing mad just personal taste and some changes which have added huge benefits to the car.

 

Engine:

• Faboka custom remap to 168 Bhp & 300FtLb torque (dyno Printout to prove)
  
• You can switch back to standard map as it has dual mapping via vagcom & VCDS
  
• EGR Delete
  
• PD160 Intake
  
• Pulls like a train and isn't aggressive trying to wheel-spin everywhere a very smooth progressive map.
  

Handling:

•     15mm Spacers on front
  
•     20mm Spacers on back
  
•     312mm Brake upgrade on front
  
•     Lowered on FK Coilovers
  
•     4 matching Continental Sport contact 2 tyres all round
  

   Exterior:

•     Black Grill Surround
  
•     Green Calipers on the uprated braked (to keep it looking original)
  
•     8k HID conversion (not to blue but gives an amazing view of the road without dazzling others)

• Above the CD Player in a custom Holder I have 3 gauges Volts,Boost PSI,Oil pressure Gauge
  
• I haven't wired up the Oil pressure gauge as I haven't got round to this. (also in green & only on when sidelights on)
  

 

Negative points:

• Couple scratches and kerb marks and just age related marks nothing major but it is 10 years old
  
• Since I added HID lights a airbag light has appeared but has been on for nearly 5k miles
  
• Since I have owned the car every now and then the coolant light comes up for about a minute but I have queried this with Skoda and is a common sensor problem but plenty of coolant there never overheats but just to be honest
  
• sometimes the light on dash flickers to say the rear seats are not locked in probably another sensor I normally use the release handle and put the seat back again and its done.
  
• laquer peel on roof
  

 

This car has been well looked after Cleaned weekly & polished Fortnightly

I purchased this car totally standard and still have the original Suspension,lights, stereo, bulbs etc which will go with the car.

EBay is my weapon of choice! Cheaper than autotrader. How does your price look vs others?
