Now the important information :-

The car has had Auto Glym put on by the dealer before collection, it has also been garaged from new & is returned to the garage when not in use.

Car is set for variable servicing & has had a service BEFORE service indicator came up by my local Skoda dealer, & the book has been stamped.

Have all paperwork including original purchase invoice, along with both keys.

The rear seats have hardly been used & still look new.

Now the not so good info - There are a few stone chips on the front wings, & the alloys could do with a little TLC to bring them back to new ( Slight scuff on one of them).

Good news is that i have not been able to find any car park dings in any of the doors.

Due to the possible number of pictures people would like i have limited the number here, so if you would like any specific pics please ask.

I have looked after this car & will happily answer any questions you have.

My asking price is £11800,for an immaculately looked after car.

Price Reduced for Briskoda ONLY -  £11,200 - car is still immaculate

Lots of VIews - No comments - it must be too expensive ??????

Just got £10,750 for mine (estate) in Race Blue. One month older, very similar spec but without front sensors full size spare or maxidot, but did have the active  bi xenons, full leather and factory rear tints.

Mileage was 54k though, so don't think your price is too far out considering the very low mileage.

Sold mine very quickly on a SOR basis to save having to endure tyre kickers and nit pickers. sweet, job done and highly recommeneded route to take IMO.

Good luck anyway

Thanks was beginning to wonder if i had overpriced.

SOR ?  My brain does not recognise this .

No id say its pretty bang on really, i was looking at a few with about 32k not the clock, they were about 11.5-12k but weren't in great condition.

I wouldn't panic, will probably sell pretty fast!

Sale or return iif you know a decent reputable friendly mid range medium sized 2nd hand car dealer with a decent pitch, good reputaion and selling mid market nice cars.

They valet it (not that it really needed much in that dept) wash it regulary, insured whilst in theri care, and advertised it on Autotrader

I do work for various dealers big and small, and know the owner of this particular outfit very well.

He told me it would sell quickly as it was desirable, and that's exactly what happened.

Gone in ten days!

Might have got a tad more for it going down the in here route/ Pistonheads/ Ebay etc etc, but really not worth all the hassle imo. All done and dusted, finance sorted, for me and the new owner, balance of warranty transferred, bish bosh, happy teddies all around.

I wouldn't move that price much lower tbh judging by what i got. Your mileage is very attractive. Add a decnt warranty if you can as an incentive. That Quentin Wilson one is getting quite good reviews as these aftermarket ones go..

About £300?Just a thought anyway.

Thanks,

The Skoda dealer where i have ordered my Yeti from has offered to put it on their forecourt, I will take them up on the offer as soon as I get my private plate off & the allocated DVLA one on.

Good plan, but ask them what you could hope to receive after their cut....which as a business they're perfectly entitled to do of course.

Thimk mine took about £750 (£11.5k total then)

Enjoy Sunday btw? Still on cloud 9 here!!

Moyes, a football genius banner! Oh scouse humour!!

Did enjoy sunday, but will not be celebrating till after the 3 points from City & Chelski next. Enjoy even more that S.A.F. predictions from his book are being made to look completely stupid - Henderson is not fit enoough, Sterling has a problem with his gait and can't run, the best one is - need 8 more players to challenge for a top 4 spot . LOL Back on topic - Thanks for the heads up.

Still no one interested ?

Beggars belief sometimes dun'it  LFC958  (eeeee, YES, gerin there!!)

Obviously no one in here looking for one in that price bracket at the mo unfortunately.

Get it sor'd fellah. Honestly, much easier and less stress too if you don't mind taking a bit of a hit. Not worth all the heartache for a few extra quid imo.

Think your price is pretty close tbh for a private sale.

What's the book say, or online valuation, not that that's gospel.

What have they offered you in p/x?

Edited by Mr Ree

You checked to see if you can find comparable ones being privately sold on the usual sites, i.e. Autotrader, E bay, Pistonheads?

That's usually a fairly accurate way of valuing yours, but obviously the condition of your may well be vastly superior to some of the chavved up batterd examples that might be out there.

It's a flamin' minefield, so IMO, go back to plan A...SOR!! :D:thumbup:

Seems to be priced about right IMO, may have been interested myself if it wasn't silver! Think I've tied up a deal on another one now tho.

FYI - I'm paying £12,500 for another that has same mileage as yours but a year newer.

If this is still available in a month or so, I could be interested, you're only down the road from me.......

Will they let you withdraw it if you get a sniffer from here or elsewhere?

I have removed all my Internet adverts as they have had issues in the past where they have put a car up for a higher price than the private seller on the Skoda web site.

When I mentioned how much i wanted, he said it was quite low, but I pointed out that it was just over 2k more than he was offering px, and less than he will be putting it up on the forecourt, we have however come to an agreement that if he sells it for the forecourt asking price before the Yeti appears then he will give me a little more than the price i want.

We have also agreed that if it is still not sold by the time the Yeti appears, i am guaranteed the PX price quoted originally.

Not Ideal, but at least i now have peace of mind & wont be tempted to add anymore than the 25116 miles :)

Checked the build date on the system & it is still provsional of Wk 16 - w/c 14 april ( 2 weeks away )   :whew:  :o
