Got money back!

Featured Replies

Despite it probably being the insurance industry norm, I was so p****d off at being charged more because someone had been careless and driven into me, that after a few calls and a letter, my insurance company have agreed to refund me the difference. So, as they increased my premium by £85 odd for the 'non fault claim' they have agreed to give it back.

Pleased with the result!

No matter what they say, or how much 'overwhelming data' they have, I refuse to believe that I personally am now more likely to have a fault claim.
