With a ramp not a problem. Only special tool is the clutch alignment tool but that is not needed. You can use a drift or align by eye

Without a ramp the 6 speed is awkward to get in. Comes out ok.

also you will need to bleed the clutch because of the internal slave cylinder. You can do this without a tool but a pressure bleeder makes it 100% easier .. iv just bought an Eezibleed (probably spelt wrong) so i can bleed brakes/ clutch at home.. £17 delivered. Not used it yetbut my m8 has n said it was spot on

Thanks for info it was reference replacing clutch at home on drive have ramps or will support car on chassis rails, how long should it take approx ?
